Die junge Köchin Valeria verliert ihren Job, weil niemand ihre Haute Cuisine in dem ländlichen Straßencafé zu schätzen weiß. Sie flieht in die Stadt und beschließt sie Chefköchin in einem angesehenen Restaurant zu werden. Als sie jedoch auf ein Kochbuch der legendären Köchin Olha Franko aus dem Jahr 1929 stößt, nimmt ihr Leben eine unerwartete Wendung. Der Film feierte seine Weltpremiere auf dem Silence ça Touille Movie & Food Festival in Frankreich.
